Today was Stake Conference. It was wonderful. The talks were amazing. The spirit was strong. I have made some new resolutions. And the closing prayer especially touched me.

But, most of all, I loved that the husband got to sit with us.

And I blissfully ignored him and pretended not to notice as the children climbed all over his lap and invaded his personal space.

*Sigh* What a difference a week makes.

Oh yesss... I know the feeling. Our Stake Conference was a couple of months ago. My hubby did kid duty, too. But he misses sitting by the kids and I! I just always miss the speakers on usual sundays.

I'm glad you caught a break on Sunday. Mine were only a little embarrassing. I'm often without my hubby at Church but not for nearly such a good reason.

The invading of the personal space thing is good for husband's to encounter every now and then....it gives them empathy!

Yay for good husbands! I totally love the Sundays when I don't have to deal with the kids all alone. Oh yeah, that is every Sunday...boy, am I lucky!

You know, I loved every minute of it. Most likely because I miss it so much! I'm sure I wouldn't love it as much if it were a weekly occurence.

Love you dear!
